In this 8 week health program I help you become aware of what makes you feel your best. We focus on nutrition, improving your energy levels, balancing your hormones and regaining your joy for life.

Here’s what’s included:

In this health coaching program you’ll get:

  • 8 sessions in total, one session per week (to be completed in 10 weeks)
  • Sessions can be done in person or online
  • We discuss what you would like to achieve in these 8 weeks.
  • Review your current eating habits and suggest alternatives.
  • I share recipes and snack idea’s to help you with the change.
  • We focus on balancing your blood sugar levels to assist with hormone balance and dive deeper into education around your hormones.
  • Health is all encompassing, we get into stress management and adding things that you enjoy back into your life.
  • Email support through out the program and once a week whatsapp check ins.
  • You will end these 8 weeks understanding more about nutrition and how to work with your body and support your hormones.

Terms and Conditions

  • Payment can be made in full once the program is booked or pay per month for sessions.
  • Payment can be made by EFT bank transfer.
  • It is advisable to book a batch of appointments in advance to ensure a convinient time.
  • Minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of appointments. If appointments are cancelled within 24 hours, may result in the session being forfeit.
  • To achieve maximum benefit, the program are designed to be completed within consecutive weeks for their duration. Each program has a two week leniency incase of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any outstanding sessions once this time as elapsed will be forfeit.
