Green Tahini Dressing Ingredients:
- 2 TBS Tahini
- 1 TBS Dijon Mustard
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- 2 TBS olive oil
- Juice of half a small lemon
- Pinch of Chili Flakes
- 1 TBS White Wine Vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 TBS water
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve straight away or store in an air-tight container for 2 or 3 days.
