Kiwi Fruit Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients:
- ½ banana
- handful of spinach
- ¼ cup frozen zucchini
- ¼ cup cucumber
- 1 small brocolli floret
- ½ kiwi fruit
- Thin slice of lemon (with rind)
- 2tsp almond butter,
- ½ tbs sunflower seeds
- 2 walnuts
- ½ tbs pumpkin seeds
- 1 brazil nut
- ½ tbs linseeds
- ½ tbs hemp hearts
- 3/4th cup water or milk of choice
Method:
Add all ingredients to the blender, keeping the frozen goodies furthest from the blade. Blend and enjoy.
It’s recommended to eat your smoothies soon after blending them, so make them fresh every day as they can lose their nutrients the longer they are stored.
