Here’s what’s included:

In this health coaching program you’ll get:

  • 6 sessions in total, one session per week (to be completed in 8 weeks)
  • Sessions can be done in person or online
  • We discuss what you would like to achieve in these 6 weeks.
  • Review your current eating habits and based on your lifestyle and tastes I recommend alternatives.
  • I help you gain a better perspective towards nutrition whilst breaking things down so it does not feel overwhelming to take on.
  • We focus on balancing your blood sugar levels to assist with hormone balance.
  • I share recipes and snack idea’s
  • Email support through out the program.
  • You will end this 6 weeks with a better understanding of nutrition, how to nourish your body and enjoy improved energy levels.

Terms and Conditions

  • Payment can be made in full once the program is booked or pay per month for sessions.
  • Payment can be made by EFT bank transfer.
  • It is advisable to book a batch of appointments in advance to ensure a convinient time.
  • Minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of appointments. If appointments are cancelled within 24 hours, may result in the session being forfeit.
  • To achieve maximum benefit, the program are designed to be completed within consecutive weeks for their duration. Each program has a two week leniency incase of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any outstanding sessions once this time as elapsed will be forfeit.
