Women who are ready to transform their mindset around food and movement. Who are ready to work with their body, to balance their hormones and start THRIVING.

Here’s what’s included:

In this health coaching program you’ll get:

  • 10 sessions in total, one session per week (to be completed in 12 weeks)
  • Sessions can be done in person or online
  • We discuss what you would like to achieve in these 10 weeks.
  • Review your current eating habits and suggest alternatives to help you learn how to eat healthy.
  • I provide recipes, snack idea’s and informative guides to help you with the change.
  • We focus on balancing your blood sugar levels to assist with hormone balance and dive into helping you understand your hormones.
  • Health is all encompassing, we focus on your lifestyle, stress management and adding things that you enjoy back into your life.
  • We work on your mindset around food and movement, working through your limiting beliefs.
  • Email support through out the program, once a week whatsapp check ins.
  • You will end these 10 weeks knowing what it means and how it feels to live a healthy life. You will have a strong understanding about nutrition and your hormones.

Terms and Conditions

  • Payment can be made in full once the program is booked or pay per month for sessions.
  • Payment can be made by EFT bank transfer.
  • It is advisable to book a batch of appointments in advance to ensure a convinient time.
  • Minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of appointments. If appointments are cancelled within 24 hours, may result in the session being forfeit.
  • To achieve maximum benefit, the program are designed to be completed within consecutive weeks for their duration. Each program has a two week leniency incase of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any outstanding sessions once this time as elapsed will be forfeit.
